為了提升公司作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的管理要求，自2021年8月起持續(xù)對(duì)各車(chē)間現(xiàn)場(chǎng)5S進(jìn)行考核，陳董事長(zhǎng)多次親自到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)管理的要點(diǎn)和不足，使公司整體的管理意識(shí)明顯的提高。
In order to improve the management requirements of the company's operation site, the company has been continuously assessing the on-site 5S of each workshop since August 2021. Chairman Chen has personally visited the site for many times to guide the key points and deficiencies of management, which has significantly improved the company's overall management awareness.
